Vox Financial Partners are experts in regulatory change

Consulting Services

Vox Financial Partners work with top tier banks and broker-dealers – helping them to plan, resource and deliver major change projects.

We’re regulatory change specialists. But we also understand how different functions (e.g. Operations, Trading Desks, IT, Risk, Legal and Compliance) work and interact with each other across an organization. We know where the key personnel and stakeholders sit within organizations, and keep them informed and engaged.

With this deep domain knowledge in regulatory change and operations, we understand the landscape and challenges that can arise.

Our consultants have helped design and deliver change projects in top tier companies including Citi, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse and RBS. We’ve partnered with these and similar clients to successfully implement multiple Dodd-Frank, Volker, MiFID II and other initiatives.

How does it work? We offer a staff augmentation model, where our consultants work with your staff on your projects. They can work under your direction at your sites, or from our offices in Belfast. We’ve E2 Treaty Investor Status in the US, so our UK and Ireland based consultants can work there. They can also, of course, work throughout Europe.

Cloud Services

Vox Cloud Services provide a range of tools to enable template-based creation and management of Structured Documents. These documents – which include legal contracts – are data-driven from the ground up, and are stored as templates with semantic data. The system (Opal) has been designed to address regulatory changes, and facilitate the extraction and reporting of data. It brings order to the current ad-hoc applications that exist in the industry, and reduces operational risk and legal costs.

Opal will be launched soon.
