BELFAST – July 24th, 2020 — Vox Financial Partners (Vox), a global consulting firm that supports financial institutions in the planning, resourcing, and delivery of complex regulatory change, is delighted to announce it’s been awarded the Bronze Award by the Diversity Mark for the company’s commitment to inclusion and diversity.
Diversity Mark is the awarding body of the Diversity Mark – a Charter Mark to recognise commitment to Diversity and Inclusion. The independent, not-for-profit organisation awards the Bronze Diversity Mark to organizations who show a commitment to addressing gender diversity at all levels in their organisation. Companies are assessed and awarded the Diversity Charter Mark by an independent panel of business professionals throughout the region.
As part of its work with Diversity Mark, Vox will continue to analyse gender diversity at all levels—from the Board to Junior Analysts. The company plans to create diversity benchmarks, monitor progress regularly, add diversity and inclusion topics to management meetings and appoint an internal diversity and inclusion champion. This year, Vox is also committed to creating an employee-led Women’s network and LGBTQ+ network.
Danielle Gorman, Director of Operations at Vox, said “We recognise that a diverse workforce increases innovation and capability. I’ve been lucky enough to be on the frontlines of pushing for greater gender equality in organizations for nearly two decades. While progress is being made, there’s still an enormous amount of work to do in addressing gender, LGBTQ+, disabilities, age diversity, and more. We’re thrilled to be recognized by the Diversity Mark and look forward to partnering with them to significantly expand our diversity initiatives over the next three years.”
Christine White, Head of Business at Diversity Mark NI said, “We are delighted to recognise Vox for their commitment and dedication to Gender Diversity by awarding them the Bronze Diversity Mark. Their application clearly met the standard for this award with creative and challenging targets to address any barriers to unrepresented genders; in doing so they will build working environments that are fair and inclusive for everyone within the company. We congratulate everyone at Vox on this achievement and look forward to working with them on their Diversity journey over the next number of years.
